• Early Bird Registration Deadline
: until November 30, 2019

• Normal Registration fee deadline
: until January 1, 2020

• Onsite Registration fee deadline
: From January 2, 2020 at an additional rate

• Online registration closing date
: January 4, 2020

Registration applications received after 4 January, 2020 will not be processed. Attendees should register on-site after this date. On-site registration is available, subject to places availability. It is strongly recommended that you register in advance for the meeting because seats are limited. Payment will be required at the time of registration

Registration is required for all congress participants. Early-bird registration fees are offered at a discounted rate.

C. CANCELLATION POLICY FOR CONFERENCE FEE

If Cancelled Cancellation Applicable
45 or more days prior to the event No Cancellation applicable.
Full Refund (against registration amount) will be processed
Between 44 & 30 days prior to the event 50% Cancellation applicable.
50 % Refund (against registration amount) will be processed
Less than 29 days prior to the event 100% Cancellation applicable.
No Refunds

• If you wish to cancel your booking for any reason, you must notify us in writing by mail of the Congress Coordinator at secretary@congenitalheartdisease.net.vn
• All Refunds will be made within 15 days after the Conference.
